Computer Science Books Suggested by Online ICE GATE 2015 Toppers

Mathematics: Discrete Mathematics and its applications by Kenneth H. 7th edition
I used Discrete Mathematics and its features by Kenneth H. for my GATE preparation online books for gate cse. This really is probably the best Distinct Maths book that I've discovered. It is quite detailed and covers all of the subjects of Discrete Mathematics that one would expect it to. There's an evidence for most important theorems and examples that are numerous.

You cannot read this sort of book you need to completely concentrate while reading it online books for gate cse. The exercises after each chapter are very important to examine your comprehension of the chapter and to activate your brain's neurons. The novel alone is quite organized, focused and smaller chapters allow it to be better to understand the algorithms inside it.

It features the algorithms that are vital & most popular, so you can't live without it if you're a real programmer.

You'll be able to jump chapters/read about an algorithm you want to understand more if there exists a preceding thought/algorithm the authors mention that with chapter's number so it can be directly used by you for extra information.

Online Books for Gate CSE
Computer Networks: Computer Networking: A Top Down Approach variation 6th
This book covers the essential material that is in the other books all but manages to do this in an entertaining and important way. It gave me a wonderful in depth instinct of how the Internet works and all such networks in general. The perspective of this novel regarding educating networking notions may be summed up as "try it out and see for yourself".

Operating System: Operating System Concepts 9th edition, by Galvin
That is the very best novel ever written on Operating systems. I'd read it many times from my college days. Few concepts like process (scheduling, synchronization), memory management theories are kind of classic. I read many other OS novels like Tanenbaum, Stalings. But as far as the issue is making concepts clear, this really is crucial read novel.

Theory of Computation: Theory of Computation by Ullman.
You would get every point of it should you focus nicely, although the book is very hard on your own eyes with a lot of strange symbols required. I found the latter more helpful.

Databases: Database System Concepts by 6th edition, Korth
The content is very easy to understand and thorough. The book does not focus on any specific database system like Oracle or MySQL but rather covers a big set of execution and theory aspects of databases. The book is nicely structured and explains the concepts.
